- Explore your dieting history.
- Explore your individual needs related to your neurotype.
- Support you to apply critical thinking to diet culture and understand how this has impacted the way you feel about food and your body.
- Consider what strategies can be used to help you enjoy food and appreciate your body. Help you approach positive health behaviours without weight loss as a goal.
